la precurstrice

'.. vedi, vedi!!?? ... quello io ce l'ho già da un anno!!'
'... e quello??! L'ho comprato il mese scorso... in Francia ce l'hanno già tutti!'
' ... guarda quella! In Germania è un must, vedi che ho fatto bene a comprarla? ora arriverà anche qui!!'

... e così è nata la Precurstrice: un nomignolo affibbiato per questa compulsiva passione a comprare accessori per la casa, il giardino, l'abbigliamento scovati nei miei vari viaggi per lavoro e per piacere, oggetti (ma anche stili di vita, musica, ricette, hobby) che mi sono piaciuti subito, e che con orgoglio ho portato in Italia sapendo che ancora da noi la 'novità' non era arrivata.

Vedere gli stessi oggetti nelle vetrine italiane diverso tempo dopo, è fin da subito stato un misto tra orgoglio e disappunto: orgoglio perché '... vedi, vedi!!? ... quello io ce l'ho già da un anno!!', e disappunto perché, beh, '... ora ce l'avranno tutti!' ... pazienza, che importa, rimarrò comunque La Precurstrice !!



-----------'... have you seen this!!?? ... I already bought it one year ago!!' '... and that??! I bought it last month... in France everybody has it since years!' ' ... look at that! In Germany it is a must- have, you see that it was a good idea to buy it? It will arrive here as well very soon!!' 

... and so La Precurstrice was born: a nickname buckled for this compulsive passion to buy accessories for the house, the garden, the clothing found in my frequent travels for business and holidays, objects (but also lifestyles, music, art, recipes, hobbies) that I immediately liked, and that with pride I brought back to Italy knowing that here the ‘novelty’ was not arrived yet. 

Seeing a few times (or years) later the same objects in Italian windows, was to me a mixture of pride and disappointment: pride because '... have you seen this! .. I already bought it one year ago!!’, and disappointment because, well ‘…now everybody will have it too!!’ … it doesn’t matter, I’ll still be La Precurstrice !!

--------------  ‘…regarde-moi ça!! ... je l'ai déjà depuis un an!!' '... et cela??! Je l'ai acheté le mois dernier en France, il l'ont déjà tous là-bas!' ' ... regarde celle-là! En Allemagne c'est un must, tu vois que j'ai bien fait à l'acheter? maintenant il arrivera ici aussi!!' 

... et la Precurstrice est ainsi née: un surnom bouclé pour cette passion compulsive à acheter accessoires pour la maison, le jardin, l'habillement déniché dans tous mes voyages perso et professionnels : objets, mais aussi styles de vie, musique, artistes, recettes, hobby, sur lesquels j’ai flashé tout de suite, et que j’ai emmené en Italie avec moi toute contente, en sachant que chez nous la 'nouveauté' n'était pas encore arrivée. 

Voir les mêmes objets quelque temps après dans les vitrines italiennes, était au même temps motivant et décevant: motivant parce que '... je l’ai déjà depuis un an !, et décevant parce que ‘… maintenant tout le monde l’aura aussi !’ … tant pis, je reste de toute façon la Precurstrice !!
